Here we are on the airplane (Continental). We were supposed to be on American Airlines but that all got cancelled. Thanks to all of Mike's travel and his being "Platinum" status we got to call a special phone number. He was only on hold about 7 minutes. Our friends who we are traveling called the regular phone number and were on hold over 45 minutes. By then we'd already changed their flight. I hear that we got lucky because Continental stopped taking American flights (sorry Rick and Sherry).
This morning we got our breakfast and ate on the balcony overlooking the ocean (not bad). Before breakfast we took a walk to the exercise room and walked past 12+ inch lizards walking along the path. After exercising we investigated the grounds of the hotel (very large). We saw tiny crabs walking along the shore (cool). We'll get some pictures of the wildlife soon! We didn't know that we would need to take our camera to exercise!! Oh, by the way, the view from the exercise room was amazing!
There is an old fort out our window. It is called San Geronimo. We'll take a walk out to it later and investigate that!! We miss you kids and hope you are having a great day!!
