House Rented

Last Friday night we got a call from some people from church that are new to the area. They've been looking for somewhere to rent. They decided that it was just as cheap to rent a house and it is to rent an apartment and a storage unit. So much to our delight they rented out house. They signed a six month lease. They are getting to know the area and have a house to sell in Montana. We are hopeful that in six months they may want to buy! Yippie!!
